Vroom Boom is an arcade car combat game with 2-player split-screen versus. Grab a friend and a couple of gamepads, and the first to 5 kills wins. You've got rockets, mines and missiles, plus boost and a double jump. It's coming to Steam in 2027.
What split-screen looks like in Vroom Boom
- 2 players, one screen. First to 5 kills wins.
- Gamepads supported, plus a rebindable keyboard.
- Weapons: machine gun, rockets, homing, power, napalm and EMP missiles, mines and nova blasts.
- Movement: boost, jump and mid-air double jump. Boost pads refill your energy.
- Shield: hold C (B on a gamepad) to block damage. It drains your boost.
- Six arenas: Dusk Circuit, Neon Ruins, Overpass, Bullseye, Scrapyard and Foundry.
- Online 1v1 duels if your friend isn't on the couch.
On your own, you can play battle royale against 8 to 12 bot cars and wave survival with a boss every five waves.
